ZenithSwing is a fully offline iOS game. It does not connect to the internet, does not communicate with external servers, and does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information outside of your device.

No Data Collected

ZenithSwing does not collect any data about you or your device. Specifically:

• No personal information is requested or stored.
• No usage statistics are sent to the developer or any third party.
• No device identifiers, IP addresses, or location data are accessed.
• No advertising SDKs or tracking frameworks are included in the app.
• No external APIs or cloud services are contacted during gameplay.

Data Stored Locally

ZenithSwing saves your game progress and preferences (such as your best distance and sound settings) on your device using Apple's standard UserDefaults mechanism. This information never leaves your device and is under the full control of iOS.

You can delete all locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the app.

Children's Privacy

ZenithSwing is suitable for all ages. Because no personal information is collected from any user, there are no special considerations for younger players.
